The Signature Mira Peel is Skin Essence's flagship glow treatment, performed on the MiraPeel system at our Kalyani Nagar clinic. Despite the name, it is not a chemical peel. MiraPeel, short for Micro-Infusion Rolling Abrasion, is a skin transdermal delivery system designed in the European Union: a non-invasive, painless and bloodless way to resurface the skin gently and infuse concentrated serums into it, using six attachments in a single session.
The MIRAbrasor tip performs a controlled hydradermabrasion that lifts dead cells and tan with cool serum rather than abrasive crystals, and the MIRAextractor's gentle vacuum clears blackheads and congestion without squeezing. The MIRAroller, a micro-channelling tip with tightly placed micro-protrusions, then infuses the MIRAjolie serums deep into the skin: a salicylic acid and aloe exfoliator, a hyaluronic acid and panthenol moisturiser, a vitamin C and algae detoxifier, and a kojic acid, arbutin and vitamin A, C and E brightening complex. Microcurrent tones the facial muscles, cupping drains and relaxes, and red, green and blue LED light calms redness, helps acne-prone skin and supports collagen.
