MiraPeel, short for Micro-Infusion Rolling Abrasion, is the system behind our Signature Mira Peel at Skin Essence in Kalyani Nagar. Designed in the European Union by MIRAmedtech, it is described by its makers as a skin transdermal delivery system: a non-invasive, bloodless way to resurface the skin and infuse concentrated serums into it in a single session.
The core of the system is Fractional Transbrasion, a micro-channelling technique. The MIRAroller tip, covered in tightly placed micro-protrusions, creates reversible micro-channels in the outer layer of the skin while vacuum draws serum through them. A 2022 transepidermal water loss study by Gordon Sasaki, MD, found that combining this micro-channelling with hydradermabrasion temporarily opens the skin barrier to serum ingredients, which is the mechanism the treatment relies on.
Around that core sit five more attachments: the MIRAbrasor for hydradermabrasion, the MIRAextractor for vacuum extraction, the MIRAcupping handpiece for lymphatic drainage, MIRAcurrent for microcurrent toning and the MIRALED lamps for red, green and blue light therapy. The MIRAjolie serums, formulated for the system, supply the actives. Dr. Daksha Patel chooses which attachments and serums each patient needs.

A desquamating tip lifts dead cells and tan with a flow of cool serum instead of abrasive crystals, leaving the surface smooth and ready to absorb.
